What is the 55 X 5 Method?

I’m super into reading about manifestation. I love it! It makes me feel so positive and pumped and like I can conquer the world! I found a method that I want to try. So let’s try it together! I am big into citing my sources, but I could not find the original source of this method. If you know who is the originator, please let me know and I will make corrections to this post.

The 55 X 5 Method:

  1. First, think about and decide what you want to manifest in your life.

  2. Create an affirmation for your desire.

  3. Write the affirmation 55 times a day for 5 days

So now I have to figure out what I want my affirmation to be. I keep many affirmations in my journals, and I think that it would be simple to adopt one of these for the next 5 days. This is the one I am going to go with : “I wake up and make things happen. I am consistent. I am organized. I am hardworking.”

Here’s the plan. I’m going to take my affirmation and write it on a piece of paper 55 times every day for 5 days. If I miss a day, I will start the next day over as day one. Let’s see how well I can stick to it. And more interestingly, let’s see what happens in my life over the five days!
